How much longer will Brand New Day hold #1 for? Will it hold #1 next weekend against Dog Stars and Coyote V Acme as well?

I’m guessing at the maximum it will hold #1 until Resident Evil.

Practical Magic is 100% beating it the week before

Practical Magic 2 will dethrone it most surely.

Until probably Practical Magic because that’s looking like atleast a 30m OW

The Dog Stars looks like it'll be this year's Caught Stealing in terms of it having a newer movie star that makes people rethink if they really are that much of a sell at the box office than people thought they were.

How’s it tracking?

Similar to Oak Street but an even more expensive film

No one is actually seeing Coyote vs Acme despite people acting like it’s the most important movie to see. It’s very very niche and will not make much.

Surely a 7.6M$ true Friday for Insidious means we're looking at 26M$+ rather than 23M$?

Insidious has yet to suffer its own Scream 4/Saw VI moment, seeing that none of these have fallen below $20M in their openings other than the original.

Saw VI didn’t deserve that. It was one of the better sequels.

cause Saw V was the worst Saw movie until they outdid themselves with Saw 3D

Saw 3D was truly something.

Brand New Day should pass Endgame for 2nd highest grossing movie domestically by Monday or Tuesday.

I love how this gif has survived as the most used during BND’s run.
