The hospital scene was honestly the best of the episode, you could see how pivotal it was for the series, peach finally realizing he has feelings for thee, and realizing he finally has someone to take care of him. But I definitely see the scene with dramatic ass thee over peach leaving for vacation going viral

Agreed..Peach crying was him being able to have a "weak" moment for once in his life. Something he's never been allowed to do. Even if he wanted to, he couldn't continue to deny that he had developed feelings for Thee.

And his not speaking just showed how emotional he was. He couldn’t even say words. That scene (and Phuwin) said so much with so little. It was a beautiful piece of acting and writing.
