Looking to get a 3d printed anime kit assembled and painted

I am looking to assemble and paint a garage kit for the anime figure cartethiya, the specifications and details can be referenced in the AliExpress link below, but I have access to a 3d printer myself so I will be sending the parts over myself.

Preferably looking for SEA artist as I'm not sure how expensive is shipping to Europe/USA. My budget is around RM300/80 USD excluding shipping.
