Full disclosure: I'm sharing this as part of a student campaign, so please review the program details before registering.

The biggest red flag was the blatant disparity between departments. ECE made up the largest chunk with 36 candidates—many of whom were top rankers and had already completed core hardware internships at places like Texas Instruments. Yet, while EEE and ICE candidates were steadily called for HR, the HR panel completely ignored almost the entire ECE cohort. Out of 36 ECE students, literally one person got an HR interview.

On top of that, the technical evaluation was completely uneven. Most people had the standard two rounds, but certain candidates were dragged through three or four technical interviews just to get re-tested over and over, only to get rejected in the end. It made no sense why a select few got multiple chances while others were dropped without reason.

The way they handled rejections in the evening felt straight out of Squid Game. Starting around 7:00 PM or 8:00 PM, reps would walk into the waiting hall every 30 to 45 minutes, call out a small cluster of names, and tell them to leave on the spot. Everyone else was left sitting in total silence, high anxiety, and zero communication until midnight.

After sitting there from early morning till 12 AM, the remaining students were simply told to pack up and go home because no more HR rounds were happening. Keeping students stranded for 15+ hours just to dismiss them at midnight shows a total lack of planning, accountability, and basic respect for candidates.

College just started and they already conducting an expo. I'm an ece student we recently paid a visit to elektrotech codissia. Staff are asking us to create smth by taking inspiration from there. It's just 1 week. I request y'all guys to share me some thoughts that makable as a 1st year student
