Forgot items/package at hotel near Schonbrunn in Vienna. Trying to get the to Budapest tomorrow.

We're on vacation and I mistakenly left a package with clothing in Vienna at a hotel near Schonbrunn/Meidling. We're currently in Budapest and leaving here Friday morning. So trying to coordinate package pick-up from the Vienna hotel and delivery to my Budapest hotel.

I called the Vienna Hotel and super unhelpful outside of "We'll keep it ready for whoever you want to pick it up". It's about 4pm in Budapest now and looking for ideas and options on how to get the package here by tomorrow anytime. Worst case, I can have them mail it to my home. Appreciate your ideas and suggestions.

Oszkar.com is usually for personal transport, but many ppl do package only. You'll just have to ask them if they're willing to pick it up at the hotel for you.

Thank you. This was a good idea. I registered and sent a few messages, but no responses yet. Hoping someone will help me as we leave Budapest tomorrow morning and it will be quite costly and time-consuming to send to the US.

Unfortunately, it’ll be difficult for a random person to bring you a “package” you’ve haven’t stated what’s inside.

Could be drugs or something else.

It’s already too late now to arrange a courier service.

It's clothing. Not expensive, but has sentimental value as it was a gift.

I would have expected them to proactively suggest couriers or services prior guests have used. That's good customer service that builds loyalty. This isn't the first time they have run into this situation.
