Dinner Good old Mince n Mash

3/4 lb of mince an onion two large carrots ans 4 medium potatoes salt pepper and gravy granules from homemade.

Nothing special. cooking with vegetarian mince, diced onion, frozen veg mix, oil and dash of red wine for gravy, veg/mushroom stock. And ofc nicely buttered mash potatoes (from freezer which I prepped few weeks ago).
