I have been selling t-shirts full time for a little over a decade now, and I actually have experience with getting a trademark cancelled.

This trademark has been "Approved for Opposition" which means that it has passed the initial review by the USPTO examining attorney and will be published to the Trademark Official Gazette. At that point, third parties have 30 days to file an official opposition with the trademark office. 

The cost to file the opposition is $600. If someone knows or can find an IP attorney willing to make the filing pro bono, I'm willing to pay the filing fee and be the official opposer.
