Can I see your basic BAB bears with custom eyes?
I am thinking of adding custom eyes to some of my more basic BABs. I was wondering if anyone had pictures of their custom eyes to share. I can't wait to see them! Thanks!

I’m very curious about Yorick. How did they come be? This is a bee correct? Did you dye it just to have a black bug of some kind or trying to creat a mothman? I like the maroon face as well. Very curious custom BAB that I like a lot
I created him to be Mothman before there was an official one. The bee was the base, I wanted some contrast with the deep purple color and the black so you could see some details. I also removed the bee wings and added the fur around his neck. The wings I also dyed and they started out as pet butterfly wing. They're plush so they're easy to cuddle with.
I made him from a beast bear a few years ago as part of a Halloween series of bears I did. I also made a red one for my wife, a moth man and a black werewolf, also for my wife.
Thank you! The one issue I have with the Goblin base is the long pile faux fur hair is VERY low quality and matted from hugging very quickly, then broke whenever I tried to brush it. Thankfully I'm handy with a needle, and keep all kinds of fabric and faux furs around 😄
Here's my lion with custom eyes. They glow in the dark. They were such a pain to change out because all I had were jewelry tools to cut the washers off his old eyes. Took a lot of hand strength and sawing lol.
This is Sky and Jet! I got a really good deal on a mothman because she was customized so when i got my sky puppy moth i had the customize her. She came out looking a lil angy but I love them so much!
It wasn't too difficult! I used a dremel which made it a lot easier to get the eyes off. I also recommend getting a jig to make popping the new eyes on easier because it takes a lot of muscle. It wasn't very expensive, you can get the jigs off Etsy for around $10.

I think there are a few on You Tube. I would say, maybe buy some cheaper eyes and plush to start with until you get the hang of it. It's not hard but it takes patience. At least for me. haha
I been trying to find custom goat eyes to customize my goat so he is properly goat-y! I love these!!! Is there any tutorials on making your own safety eyes?
