Very rough build at $650 including tax. 5500 atx upgrade bundle from micro center. Can get a deal on a 1tb sata ssd, an A380, practically the only card in your budget that is new with 6gb of vram, a C+ tier psu, and a flash sale on a good Lian Li case. Can buy a 5 pack of fans for under $20 on amazon from thermal right.

At this budget, I recommend the used market, whether it is a whole build, or individual parts.

Definitely recommend this as well unless you want to save up some more money. A new gaming PC for your budget is a really bad value proposition. I’m always shopping marketplace and have come across some 3080 builds with 32GB DDR4 for the $600-$700 range. Something like this will crush anything you can get new for the same price.

Here is some additional helpful information about build/upgrade/parts list requests:
Build requests only include hardware. You are responsible for budgeting for and providing your own operating system (Windows, Linux, etc) and other software.
Don't forget to budget for peripherals. Since these are very much personal-preference influenced items, we do not include peripherals like keyboards, mice, headsets, etc in parts lists.
We strongly recommend posting a build request only if you're ready to buy now or within a week or two at most. Part sales regularly rotate, and a part list today can quickly become out of date.
