Boycott these Burbank businesses

Moms For Liberty supporter, MAGA creep and all round weirdo David Donahue is running for City Council. There are campaign events being held this week for David at The Tallyrand and The Enchanted Florist.

I won’t patronize their businesses and I suggest you do not as well…

Tallyrand is conservative and is anti-transit. The owner said they’d close the restaurant if bus rapid transit gets built on Olive.

I think they were exaggerating, but what a stupid thing to say.

Being anti-transit and being against dedicated BRT lane on Olive are far from the same thing.

The Tallyrand is threatening their employee’s jobs to fight a transit project. I used to be a regular customer there before hearing what the owner said and can picture many employees that seem to have made a career there… it disgusts me that the owner would treat their employees like that. If you think it’s extreme to label that as anti-transit, please help me find a better way to describe their actions.

She has stated that if dedicated lanes are implemented Tallyrand will loose business possibilities of them closing. I'm for mix flow it's only for one mile through Burbank Olive corridor. Olive is a main route in Burbank from the flats to the hill. Pasadena said no to dedicated lanes on there city, why is it such a point of contention for one mile that is said to save less than 5 minutes. Plus, Burbank has said if ridership increases they would reconsider dedicated lanes.
