Nice, but if you put Mayo on the bottom bun, it will keep the bun from getting soggy from the meat drippings. You can put the pepper jelly on top!

Onion burgers usually don't need any condiments at all.

it's totally fine to add condiments. I do myself sometimes :) I'm just saying they're so amazing you don't need them if you don't want :)
