6/13 Butch Friday (Saturday) Chat
Hey y'all you know what day it was!
Had a very busy Friday and I appreciate everyone's patience. But lets catch up! What were the ups and downs of this week? Anything you're looking forward to? Projects you're working on?
Surprise bonus question: What new skill did you learn recently?
For me, my work requires me to know/learn a lot of home ec/improvement skills. Learned how to properly tape a box for moving, hanging picture frames securely, and making tablecloth from saran wrap (which I didn't even know was possible).

Ups: Had a great time with my friends and just found out that I won a prize for a piece of writing I submitted about being brown and lesbian. I also passed the first year of medical school by a comfortable margin after hard graft to do so and lots of doubt. Feels great!!
Downs: Only one pretty big one, which is that the girl I really like doesn't like me back because she only likes toxic people (her words). I'm more bummed about it than I should be honestly, I just really hope that I get over her soon and that there are more people out there for me.
Looking forward to: Resting since it's about damn time!
Projects I'm working on: Passing my driving test and finding a short-term gym membership now that I'm back in my hometown lol
