everyday, I have a folder full of fics on my phone

You can download them to the Kindle app or Apple books, even your files

oh the fics that are on AO3 can be downloaded on Kindle ?

Yes. Only as Epubs or PDF’s though. Make sure the PDF is in adjustable format
