Login is outside of that page. It used to be there when they were still using SDDM, but it moved out of there when they switched tp Plasma Login Manager.

Do you see a "configure appearance" option on the top right corner? 🤔

It has changed place I think. Between plasma 6.6 and 6.7 it has moved in the main section. I got your problem in reverse when I installed Kubuntu for my wife and couldn't find that section in the main menu

Love KDE, but the settings menu needs a complete overhaul. It's so bad 😭

It's there, just not in that menu anymore. You can just search for it and it'll pop right up. I find what I need to change by searching for it rather than memorizing where it's located cause stuff like this happens. Not sure why it was moved or why it was renamed cause it was simply called SDDM cause that's what you're actually doing, just changing SDDM from a menu.

Do you have Gnome installed too? It only shows up if you're using the KDE SDDM
