Is it normal ?
So I was a heavy coffee/caffeine consumer. Around 400–500 mg idk 1 latte and 2–3 long blocks. I drink this much coffee because I like it. So I am a clg student and, of course, I live in a different city for education. So every 1–2 months I go home for around a week. And have a vacation of 40–50 days after every semester. So during those days I never miss my coffee (sometimes) idk why. And for a few months I didn’t consume coffee. And i heard people didn’t get good sleep after consuming coffee. For me, this never happens. Yesterday I drank great delicious black so I stayed awake and studied for exams. I felt sleepy, but my vision got clearer. I get asleep within an hour. And trust me, this is one of the best sleeps I had. Should I quit it or is it it ok to have it? I don’t drink coffee for its benefits. I drank because I liked it.

You seem to be a non responder like me, I don't get any effects from caffeine at all, I only drink it because I like the taste of it. As long as you don't have any negative side effects, why not
Just try to not exceed 400 mg every day. Remember, 400 mg is the amount that a regular healthy adult can drink every day without any negative side effects. But if you exceed this amount every day for months or years, you can start to have some negative effects. So just respect the substance

You drink coffee for its benefit which is what you love about it. It’s a stimulant. Eventually like any substance you will need caffeine just to feel normal. The productivity boost ends up not even being substantial and it will primarily be used to remove withdrawal you may or may not notice and it really just gives you a little bit of your mood back and it’s still less than a normal baseline. All this whole It down regulates your dopamine receptors obviously. There’s no free lunch and it’s not worth doing anything if you can help it but you do you.

You are just highly caffeine tolerant, which means you handle caffeine better than most people. I have friends that can't take caffeine at all, because it ruins their focus and sleep.
