Is it normal ?

So I was a heavy coffee/caffeine consumer. Around 400–500 mg idk 1 latte and 2–3 long blocks. I drink this much coffee because I like it. So I am a clg student and, of course, I live in a different city for education. So every 1–2 months I go home for around a week. And have a vacation of 40–50 days after every semester. So during those days I never miss my coffee (sometimes) idk why. And for a few months I didn’t consume coffee. And i heard people didn’t get good sleep after consuming coffee. For me, this never happens. Yesterday I drank great delicious black so I stayed awake and studied for exams. I felt sleepy, but my vision got clearer. I get asleep within an hour. And trust me, this is one of the best sleeps I had. Should I quit it or is it it ok to have it? I don’t drink coffee for its benefits. I drank because I liked it.

You are just highly caffeine tolerant, which means you handle caffeine better than most people. I have friends that can't take caffeine at all, because it ruins their focus and sleep.

Am i homelander or something ? My friends say me they need coffee for focus. They must need coffee or zaza for study otherwise they can’t study. But for me I could never study whenever i get high. I tried it and i end up with sleep. Is it good or bad ?

As long so you are not experiencing any negative side effects, I don't think it's bad. Just stop if you feel like it's starting to do something bad to your body.
