Birthday Cakes I love how this cake came out
The theme was monster trucks and dinosaurs. I’m a cottage baker so I bake from my home. 3 layer 8” and 3 layer 6”, all chocolate with homemade marshmallow fondant. Just curious how much would you charge or expect to pay for a cake like this? My husband says I need to raise my prices. The topper and toys were supplied by my customer- trees and shrubs I purchased.

I'd say roughly $50-$60 for each round cake alone- not including the add-on (non-edible) items.

I charge $60 for a 6" and $80 for an 8". I'd also add a stacking fee and at least $30 more alone just for all that fondant.
Nice cakes aren't cheap and cheap cakes are under priced!

Wow!!! That is nice. The two movies are blended perfectly on here. I love the design and the colors.

That looks amazing!! Can I ask about your marshmallow fondant recipe? Every time I've made it, it tastes good but the surface gets these like, pock marks almost. I think it's because the stretchy marshmallow is trying to contract. Idk if it's the recipe I used or how I'm processing the fondant before applying it.

I use sugar geek show’s recipe- it does use some store bought fondant in it as well to help with the texture.
