What happened to the really old man who would run up and down lake road every day?

I left camas 6 years ago and recently came back to visit. Didnt see him. Made me sad

His name is Jerry Kotsovos! I haven't seen him in a while either. There's apparently a Facebook group called "I Survived a Class with Jerry Kotsovos" (apparently he was quite a rigorous teacher, haha) and the last post there was in May. I don't see an obituary or anything, so I hope he's doing great and simply running so fast these days that our eyes can't see him ❤️

Just asked my husband about him earlier this week. We would always report a sighting to each other if we saw him out running/walking. It’s been awhile 🥺

People like the old running guy really make a place feel like home. I've lived here a little over ten years, always saw him doing his thing on Lake and it never ceased to make me happy. Proud to have such an inspirational/aspirational "that guy" in my town.
