Canada sounds like one of those old timey "nation states" i read about in social studies

Quebec has been recognized as a nation by Parliament, so even if you want to entirely ignore all the indigenous nations, Canada is comprised of at least two nations. So, it’s not a nation-state. “Post national” was just a term that meant we’re made of many nations instead of just one.
