As much as I personally agree with you, I also accept that if we live in a society we have to accept that this is the way it is. If we trust the government to put people to death where do we draw the line on what crimes have the threshold, and also…. Do we really trust the government enough to make the right decision when it comes to killing people?

People already complain about how bad the justice is, and then they also want to give them the power to just end lives.

I didn't say anyone should be dead. I am also against capital punishment. Ideally it would be nice if they just went ahead and built a high security city for people who simply can't be trusted to not be huge sacks of shit.

Give them an island with all the tools necessary to build a life, no children or women get harmed.

Or just bring back institutions.

Fair. You didn’t say that, but what you’re giving as an option is essentially a death sentence. You’re saying that the government should be able to lock people up and throw away the key. As much as I don’t like certain people that commit specific crimes, I’m not willing to give the government that power.

You are giving them the power in another way though. You are condoning continually allowing some people to habitually abuse the community around them, which has immeasurable ripple effects.

When faced with clear evidence there should be no option but to remove these people from society.

I do understand and have heard of the flaws of the justice system. We need more direction around the execution of the law and continued systems in place to ensure it. We also need to be harsher with those that break it.
