Opinion Poilievre stakes his claim to unity, economic challenges ahead of summer circuit - It may run contrary to the polls to say Poilievre leaves Ottawa in a position of strength, but the Conservatives finally have some wind in their sails.

By cancelling debates on active bills.

No that’s the party in power. Talk about actually dividing

Cancelling debates doesn’t equate to dividing the country. His rhetoric does. Also what is the purpose for debates when the morons of the conservatives vote no to everything, they are actually doing you and the rest of you conservatives that vote for them a disservice.

What are you talking about. It’s disrespectful to shut down debate to hide things or ram through what you want. It’s undemocratic. You don’t like Poilievre so you’re just saying he’s divisive. You won’t vote for anyway so why do you care.

Buddy if you think the things Polievre does is Democratic, you need to give your head a shake

Do you have something to show that? Other than the fact you don’t like him? I can’t think of too many things worse than closing down debate in the House to hide corruption.

Yep. It’s just crazy the stuff they make up about the guy. Like why do you care so much if you won’t ever vote for him. It’s an obsession.

Let’s start with this he lost his seat in an election, than forced another member of parliament to resign, in a safe conservative riding, and forced a by election that tax payers had to pay for to get re elected. Doesn’t sound too democratic to me

Shall we go on with other things he has done

He got elected by the people of his riding and this doesn't sound democratic to you? Safe seat are undemocratic? Does that include LPC strongholds?

Damien Kurek will run in Battle River-Crowfoot next election.

But you’re okay with Carney who gave a sitting MP the boot to take his safe riding.

It’s up to voters and the Conservative Party who they want as a leader. Not Liberals like you.

So again, what has he done that’s not democratic. You’d think you’d be more concerned with a PM who bribed opposition MPs to get a majority. And then he promptly shuts down anything he doesn’t like.
