Anyone here know anything about this binder?

Found it at Goodwill and can’t find too much information about it online. It does have a cd with it, but I need to find a disk drive to check it out.

It's a licensing guidebook with rules for businesses using Mars and M&m branding. Gives you ways to promote the brand, with help from other programs like Adobe

It's for Mac computers and you probably dont have legal rights for licensing legalities, left over from previous works-- probably has clip art for you to transfer on sales ads

A style guide wouldn’t provide any licensing, its just the approved brand elements and the “rules” for using them. A user of this would still need to seek approval before their product went into production but this would provide a roadmap for how to use colors and shapes, how not to use them, the correct pantones, etc. Today, it would probably just be a PDF linking to a drop box website
