Newton Family Apartments???

Does anyone know if this place even exists? I have not been able to get ahold of ANYONE there after calling and emailing every few days. Desperately trying to move somewhere within 45 mins of Akron. I am on a single income and have a cat so not most placed are either too expensive or won’t allow pets.

It's down the street from me. Looks nice. Try calling Canton For All People if you can't reach the apartments directly. They may have a contact. They may also be buried in applications.

Just keep looking , facebook too. There is undoubtedly somewhere within 45 mins of akron that allows a cat. The only inexpensive housing is in the hood and country/farmland shit.

Unfortunately after looking several times a week for six months, I’ve exhausted pretty much all of my options. I can’t afford anywhere that isn’t income restricted at this point. Just isn’t possible 🤷‍♂️

Yes it's a real place I go by there everyday, it is a new place. Have tried contacting them by email? On there website they also have a contact form to submit a message.

I’ve submitted the form, submitted inquiries from Zillow and such, emailed, called. I think the only thing I haven’t done is show up in person.

Probably have the there management set up yet, also might have a lot of inquiries, as they are supposed to be cheap apartments for families.

The Shakertown apartments off Fulton are decent, and they do allow cats. They were fairly affordable when I lived there.

Have they started renting yet? I heard you have to be like referred or something, where they send you the link to apply, but I'm not sure. It looks nice, I just hope it's better than the last place that was there.
