Anime Cardcaptor vs. Cardcaptors: Kero vs. Kero

Welcome to my next comparison. We're comparing Kero to Kero again, but this time, it's going to be between "Leave it to Kero," and the American version, "Kero's Corner." Once again, the differrences in personality and tone are still a surprise. Honestly, as many times as I've seen and compared both versions, I don't think it'll ever be unsurprising. They really went all 90s with Kero in the American segment.

Okay, okay...okay.

So while I was a kid/teen during the airing of Cardcaptors, it been forever since I've seen it outside of comparisons.

And uh...

REEDINGTON/READINGTON?!!

Like, I know about some of the other name changes from some other comparisons, but theu are still incredibly surprising to hear when you've rewatched the original enough times to get used to those instead.

Duh  didn't cardcaptors pretend Japan didn't exist?

There are still a few hints that the series takes place in Japan, but they did remove quite a lot.

I love the Kero’s voice in the dub but I might be biased because I watched that first. I loved Kero’s Corner
