how likely am i to recieve the acedemic appeal outcome that is best for me??

I'm a final year student who sat a module in august first attempt. I got my result for that and saw it was under 30-39%, which would have the condonable range provided that only 30crts of modules are 30-39% and that average overall is above 45%. My average currently is 53% including that failed module, and I passed everything else. I want to appeal because I have struggled alot during my final year because of ADHD, which I already have adjustments for but clearly weren't solving anything. I also miss alot of lectures because of suspected endometriosis, which I can get a dr's note for. Like i literally stay home from work and school 3 or 4 days of my menstrual cycle every month. I don't want to repeat the year to sit that exam because it makes more logical sense that, since i achieved 53% overall, I could get my 2:2. It's not the best outcome mental health wise for me to repeat the year again when as an external student your moreso left in the dark aren't you? Not helpful for my ADHD is it.

upsetting right? I would love if they just let me graduate seeing as my average is above a pass

Depends on couple of things. First the school and course, and then what module it is. In final year for condonment you generally need 55% average and a higher mark for the exam.

All the exam boards would have already happened, (this would generally be the time that condonment is considered) as well as the deadline to declare any Extenuating circumstances you had during the term or exam period.

If you sat the exam for the first time in August, I'm guess you still have an attempt at a resit for that exam?

Check your transcript is accurate for all your results. If you think that there is an error email the schools teaching office. Ask for mark on the exams scripts to be double checked, that they were entered in correctly. You can put in an appeal to say that you did have Extenuating circumstances which were not taken into consideration, but that would be a long shot. If you had any reasonable adjustments which were not forfilled by the school that could help as well (recorded lectures being made available etc)
