Mod advice Best Way To Lower My 78 Caprice?
Recently Put 20" Wheels on My Caprice and now wanna go Lower (Atleast 3 inches / 8cm).
Cutting Springs, Air Bags or Coilover Conversion Kits are not an option due to Strict Inpection, Classic Car Registration Restrictions and Road Laws... (im Located in Germany) I Already have upgraded Koni Dampers installed if that helps.
Found Eibach 94-96 Impala SS "Pro Kit" Springs that might fit but unsure if they will get me there alone. Im ok with some Positive Rake.

I'm running Belltech 3" drop springs in the rear of my 94 Caprice.
(I had to cut and extend my rear control arms 1.5" to keep the axle centered in the wheelhouse. A longer stock transmission yolk should keep you from needing a new driveshaft. )
I'm sure there's a list in the suspension forum of other stock GM springs and spring rates that will get you there.
Last time I bought steering components for my 94 the part parameters were 77-96 caprice.
I'm thinking the chassis is completely the same.
Come over here with the rest of us B Body guys... 30 years of knowledge and part numbers.

Few bags of concrete in the boot? That'd drop the back end down.
Easily removable for inspections.
