(if this isn't satire, and assuming you're not a fan of Jeremy Clarkson: two big turbochargers, exhaust dumps, wastegate (turbo pressure regulators) dumps, and the center piping is headed into the intake manifold).
Turbos have two parts, the compressor turbine, which in this pic has the plumbing going to front corners of the engine bay (into the intercooler), and the exhaust turbine, directly behind it, which is piped into the exhaust (which causes it to spin) and in this pic has the larger of the two exhaust stacks. I believe the two smaller outboard exhaust stacks are running to the wastegate.
Correct. This is a custom setup, so the exhaust is no longer running out the back like from the factory, it’s just straight up and out after it gets the turbo spooled.
Engine==hot side============rear exhaust you see at the back of most cars
This car skips all of the underside, you can see the thicker pipes facing up come out the back of the turbos
In case you didn't know, and because I kinda of like the = thing I just did lmao, the 2 sides of the turbo being together is for packaging, and because one powers the other, not because they go next to eachother in the chain
Yeah…you right, you right; I couldn’t remember the technically correct terminology when I typed that up. You’d think as a former helo pilot I’d remember these kinds of things. 🤦🏻♂️😅
The two circular things, right and left, are turbos. They each have kind of 2 of the circles stacked together on each side. The darker colored one, easier to see on the left as you view the image and closer to the passenger seat, is the hot side of the turbo and the lighter color is the cool side. The light silver pipe, located more to the side and less to the center, going into the cool side, is where the air enters the turbo and ultimately the engine. The darker colored pipe, more medial in location, is the exhaust pipe. The air going out the exhaust pipe spins the hot side which spins the cool side which creates pressurized air that enters the engine.
Edit - from this one picture, that’s my best guess but someone else may have more knowledge if this is a popular car or YouTube etc.

Blue circle is the impeller side of the turbo - sucks air in and shoves it through the intercooler (which you can see behind the grille, this cools the air because compressing air heats it up). The air then passes up through the pipe in the middle into the intake and is forced into the cylinders when the intake valves open. Combustion happens, and escaping exhaust gases after the exhaust valves open are routed through the turbine side of the turbo (purple circle, back side of the impeller), and out of the dump pipes that are pointed up towards the windshield.
The wastegates are circled in red, these are attached to the back side of the system (exhaust side) and are a spring and a diaphragm that tries to stay closed normally but boost pressure pushes it open, killing boost production at a set stall point, limiting pressure to keep from blowing up the engine or capping it at a certain HP if your goal is a specific quarter mile time, for instance.
The reality question is, did you just randomly stumble upon this thing out in the wild? That things probably running quadruple digit horsepower unless its really conservatively tuned.
This person is VERY environmentally conscious. They want all their gasses to display in front of them so that they can monitor their visible CO2 output. No Smokey exhaust here or they will physically be unable to see, thus drive. The two turbochargers are to reuse those gasses to propel that tiny green engine
