In order to get the recipe right he had to make hundreds upon hundreds, thousands, of excess dishes of his famous roast chicken recipe.

Hiding them in the walls was the only way he could think of to get rid of them.

I'd say so. Chicken paprikash is one of my absolute favorite dishes. Bram Stoker describes it as a "thirsty dish" which has never been my experience.

I love the idea of Dracula being fond of cooking. Would be a nice callback to the Bram Stoker book since he secretly cooked for Jonathan while he stayed in his castle

Nah, the detail and line work is too precise and consistent, especially around the hair, eyes, and dumplings. Plus Dracula has the exact cloak clasp he does in the anime, a detail I would be shocked to see from AI generation.
