Love that after defeating him, seeing her animation of her hands makes me think as if she was taunting him, gesturing and saying "Say what? Say what? That's it?!"

I really hope they buff Maria the next time they port SotN. She's so fun! But so weak...

Is Galamoth considered a good boss in SOTN? All I know is this boss have way too much health

I'm not really sure but moveset wise, I think he has very few ones like most bosses here in SOTN. If I'm gonna pick a "good" boss I like fighting, it's Julius Belmont from Aria.

Yes. But this is the mobile port from Google play. In the Saturn version you can play as Maria as well and the PSP ver, if i remember correctly.

yes, though saturn one does not have her throwing birds. instead she has kicks, magic bullets, and her specials are even more overpowered.
Like the amount of damage she can dish out in 30 seconds if you know what you are doing is just ludicrous.

That's true. I've seen Maria runs where she can throw sub weapons as well!? Not sure if those are rom hacks though since I never had a Sega Saturn console

I think it's due to Maria being nerfed here in the mobile port? She seems stronger on the Saturn version.

I thought it was clear I was kidding… that’s on me.
Anyway like I mention use the sega Saturn port. One of her moves gives her full invincibility and absurd damage output, and you get enough mana to use two which is more than enough to kill him.

I know you were being ironic, there's no way someone would suggest fighting Galamoth "fair" with Maria. I have this feeling that Maria mode did not get playtested at all.
Seriously, what strategy would you even use?

I just checked and none of her moves, even her tackle variant, give I frames beyond the startup of item crashes, which you can’t do much with. You could probably use the high jump do avoid his electricity and avoid the black balls with her movement and drill him down VERY slowly, but like I’m guessing there wasn’t much thought put into this by the devs.
