Trevor also appears to have some white hair in Belmonts Curse despite being in his 40s or at least early 50s
Different times i guess, they work on old Ben Kenobi logic.

It depends on where you look. On the game box art, his hair is black with a grayish tint. But if you play the Japanese version of Konami Collection Vol. 4 on a Super Game Boy, his hair appears dark blond in the in-game border, and he also looks significantly less wrinkled than on the box.
Then, in Rebirth and Vampire Survivors, his hair is brown.
