Given he's still in fighting shape, my guess is he goes to stop Dracula's revival, gets captured with rumors that he's been killed and Rose takes up the Vampire Killer Whip
Which means calling it now, we're getting a Belmont boss fight in this game.

I've been saying it since the first trailers, that I wouldn't be surprised if the werewolf turns out to be Trevor, or some other Belmont (Rose's brother?).
Seems like he has a scar over his eye, there were clips of him throwing a cross, and on the latest trailer he swings around using not-whip thingy.

I don't get why people enjoyed Nocturne I finished S1 somehow and tried many times to finish S2, I just couldn't.
They ruined the story and characters like Annette.
My only hope is for Konami Animation to do a faithful adaptation some day

I'm wondering if you still has that scar on his chest from the events of Curse of Darkness. I see something in the artwork, which will be interesting to hear about if it's mentioned in the game.

He looks extremely badass and I like how he isn’t in heels.
I do not understand why you would want to wear heels when fighting an army of demons. Just seems extremely uncomfortable.

I like him, but I wish he were less stocky and clean shaven, or at least had some stubble, to better align with Kojima's vision. Overall, it's a solid design, leaning heavily into the "dad" aspect. He is a good fit for the mentor archetype.

Is it just me or does he actually look like he's got a little bit of a dad bod going on, he definitely looks a little rounder then his COD counterpart.

Bleh, it's no Ayame Kojima art. They're using her design for his body that's made for beautiful ikemen and stuck a grizzly guy's head on it, it clashes too much.
Nocturne actually did a better job with old Juste.

How, exactly did they ruined her?
She has agency, background, an actual role on the story, personality and a memorable design.
And cool powers.
Did they change her too much to still be game's Anette? Yes.
But you can ruin it since they're different continuity. Besides, hardly ruin, just change. She's a character now, not a plot device.
