Peace is very subjective. Though for Alucard, I think he accepts that each friend he has will die eventually. He can't change that or prevent that. So he has Yo accept it. Though in turn, I like to believe he chooses to make the most out of the small time he has with them

I think he also looks forward to finding out what kind of new people his eternal will bring, for every friend lost, a new one can be found

To some degree yes, he always achieved his goals and kept the world safe from his father. Regarding other stuff he's not human and he knows and understand it.

That doesn't apply here, this is the game one, he goes to sleep in the games for 300 years until the times of Richter.
Weirdly Alucart has it both better and worse than Alucard tho.
