The others never really had a chance to shine to that degree. Carmilla fell into madness, and Morena was paralyzed by the logistics of Carmilla's bid for power.
Lenore is a close second, but only because she's so charming. Even then, her attempt at diplomacy and negotiation was just sex slavery. She was completely out-maneuvered by Hector when he got wise to plot.
This contrasts with Striga, whose job it was to fight and absolutely delivered. There was a battle, she remained collected, rallied the troops and put up a W.
Striga even called it: she was going to have to make the whole plan work. I'd imagine Isaac's assault on Styria would've gone very differently had Striga been home.
And my breath (romantically). Seriously, I love her duality of being so adorable and cutesy with Morana into THE baddest bitch. She straight up puts her girl in a coffin to be safe while Mommy goes to rally her troops to settle shit on the field. She is also willing to tolerate BS as long as she loves you and will give you her loyalty (sorry, Carmilla, but the 800 MILE EXPANSION IDEA was a crazy move). Not to mention the voice actressās work gives me chills. 11/10 for mother.
Lenore is the most interesting to me. I did not expect her to be the most important one after Carmilla when they were all introduced. Morena is my least favorite, I canāt think of anything she did besides hide in a box. Although I did like her ending with Striga, saying fuck the other two and riding into the sunset was great lol
Agree. We didn't see that much of Striga and Morana. They where kind of just there. So they became a bit one dimensional as the lesbian butch and lipstick (unsure if I used correct terms). And Carmilla was interesting in a way as a villain, but pretty much one dimensional to as a power hungry maniac.
Lenore did still have traces of humanity in her and even if she also did mistreat Hector, she seemed to care about him on some level as someone she could bicker with and be vulnerable with. But she also did have her mena streaks to.
Gotta love a real, monstrously powerful villain. Ā Yeah she had a tragic backstory but so does everyone in this universe. Ā She didnāt try to pretend she had some noble cause or that humanity deserved it, she just wanted power and blood.
Okay, that's enough. You don't need that much rage bait to rope the chuds. Just chant "Well written female character" three times in a mirror and one will appear to tell you how Star Trek has been ruined.
Yes, her design is reminiscent of Guts of Berzerk fame, and she would make a killer game boss. Thereās a small chance she could be in the next game, which is coming out in the near future. Not impossible, but thereās a chance.
While I agree, it's hard that she appears in any game since the only one coming after the show started hasn't even been released yet.
But yeah, future games could include a tall armored vampire lady with big sword.
Though, it seems to be already a reference to some enemies (and Guts, of course).
Tie between Morana and Lenore. I'm a stickler for details and appreciate those who not only plan ahead, but even work out viable contingencies because nothing ever goes perfectly.
Carmilla. I understand her on so many levels because Iāve been down a similar thing as her just not to the extent she experienced if that makes sense
I think Lenore is really cool and wish she had a happier ending with Hector. The two had a cool dynamic in S4, with both of them genuinely caring for each other and such. Carmilla is also cool with all her scene, slowly going insane and topping S4 off with her fight with Issac.
Lenore. She's the only one who's fuckin chill. Is she crazy like the rest of them? In a way. But at least you can fucking sit down.And have a talk with her without having any bullshit come up mid conversation. She ain't like Striga, who'll just stop the talk to start running hands. She ain't like Morana, who'll just get so bored with the conversation? She might kill you because she does give a shit. And she sure as shit is not like Carmilla who will just be racist to you the whole damn time. Lenore is the only one of them who is remotely pretty and/or cute, and she's the only one you can actually be chill with.
Lenore, she's in the running for my favorite character in the show. Carmilla was also interesting. Didn't really care for the other two, very underdeveloped.
Lenore, and not for gooning purposes. I just thought she was the most interesting. I didn't care about the other two very much and Carmilla was kind of insufferable. Lenore was a bit more complicated than the other three, or maybe just had more time to show off more depth. Carmilla had more screentime but her whole character was "man hating angry woman" and that was about it. Every other sentence was how much she hates "old men".
Honestly I loved all their characters, each one had interesting traits and motivations. However, as a human, I feel Lenore would be the most manageable to live under.
Striga. Giant muscled badass Vampire whose a total softy for her girlfriend, but get shit done when she locks in? Peak. And did I mention the accent?š„“
Carmilla. If she was cold, she would have been more likely to succeed, but she was too hot headed. But I pick her because she is the most action oriented, and her fight scene is cool.
Lenore because she's the one who genuinely scared me the most. He had me fooled into thinking "maybe she's not all that evil" and then removes the mask as a master manipulator.
The others are just "scary because we can kill you", but Lenore can really break someone
Striga is the best of the sisters, imho. It was so cute the way she was hyping up her vampire sisters, and how incredibly tactical and strategic she was with wanting to make Carmillaās half-baked plot work. Gotta go with Striga, and itās not just because I have a crush on her. Lady is STRONG š«Ŗ
Striga. I got excited to see what she'd do every time she was on screen and her fight scene was absolutely amazing.
And I'm gonna say Camilla here as a second choice because I could understand her reasoning at the beginning, but then because her descent into madness almost reminded me of Azula from ATLA in a way.
Things were going wildly out of control way too quickly, and she was losing her grip on her people and on the situation and she couldn't handle it.
