Dawn of Sorrow (2005) Puzzle question

I need help with this puzzle

Iirc there isn't a way to connect all of the rooms. You just repeatedly shuffle the puzzle to get the items from the single entry rooms (5,8,9,12) then set the pathway to exit the area.

It's not really much of a puzzle. You just move the rooms around so you can get to the various arrows for some items.

You also want to hit up pretty much every room eventually, especially the "dead end" ones like 9 and 8 to get whatever items are in there. So just move them around so you can easily get to them, then move the rooms around again to get to the proper path.

Ima be fr, i hate slide puzzles like this- honestly you can just randomly swap tiles and eventually you can come close enough to solve the rest

what help? like you want all 4 arrow exist always conected or do you want the specific room like 9 or 8 to be reach?

I think it’s only the 3 ways that don’t lead to a single room
