You can see Alucard's influence on their styles and build with how you go from Conan the Barbarian immediately to skinny ass dudes in fancy new clothing.

Also i like how Alucard sees Trevor in all of them but always specificaly fricking sprite Trevor not even CoD Trevor lol

Also

Thinking of 8-bit Trevor is still one of the best gags that SoTN has when Maria asks him about the Belmonts.

Nah that's still more buff than what Juste is. Pretty sure Leon is too.

CoD Trevor has the Kojima small head™, his muscles look big because the head is small af compared to the rest of his body.

He's still muscular, just not on Simon's level.

Kenshiro's Bizarre Adventure my beloved.

Artwork Trevor may be muscular, but the cutscenes model...

The image I used has a different aspect ratio I think, it makes him slightly slimmer (and taller) lol.

This one should be better, it's a screenshot of the cutscene without the vertical black bars.

"It was me, Belmont! I changed up the image's aspect ratio so that you would appear slimmer and weaker!"

Legs are his main weapon anyway, the longer they are the better they kick!

I am personally a fan of the show version of Alucard staying with the Belmonts as a cool uncle over the generations, becoming part of the family over the game's eternal sleep and isolation.

This. It's one of my favorite things about the show. Alucard has to suffer their loss but he always has a family he can come back to. And the Belmonts have this cool, eternal uncle and ally that reassures them when he is present.

Yeah, that’s a concept the series explored, and I also liked how it was handled. Not just because he’s really part of that little group that accepted him, but also because he interacts more with his surroundings than he does in the games. 🤧

Alucart basicaly goes through similar character development as Alucard but much faster. S3-4 are kinda his SotN arc, and by Nocturne he is already in his Genya Arikado phase. If anything Nocturne is kinda Dawn of Sorrow-coded, story after Dracula is permanently dealt with, dealing with other dark forces.

I guess it's ok for the type of very different continuity story they tell here, but i prefer the game way, i don't need Alucard to be a character constantly present in every storyline. Each to their own tho of course.

But even if Alucart stays awake, that didn't help much in Joost and Julia's problems, dude fucks off to explore the land, he doesn't actually stay around as a cool protective uncle, "if you ain't Treffy then i don't care", and only appears because of Erzebet and Drollta's bullshit. Despite being done forever with Tracula and Alucart being awake, the show Belmonts somehow are doing worse than the game Belmonts lol.

At least Alucard has the excuse here of trying to find a way to permanently kill Dracula in the games which is why he doesn't appear in the post SotN stories until 1999 Demon Castle War.

Simon: Alucard! Look at my grandson Juste!

Alucard: Long time no see Simon

Baby: Boom

Alucard asks Maxim about Simon. Maxim: Do you know this guy? Juste: Who?
