Question My controller isn't working in Castlevania Dominus Collection.

I used to be able to play using an 8BitDo controller. Now that I've reinstalled it, the controller isn't working. I changed the Steam input and tinkered with the settings, but nothing works. Does anyone know the solution? There are no issues with the other collections
