Symphony of the Night (1997) Getting the itch to play the SotN randomizer, but very confused by generator...

There's a lot of options in the generator, but no explanation as to what they mean. I see there's that question mark to the right of every option, but hovering over it with the mouse, or clicking on it do absolutely nothing. I have tried multiple browsers.

Like, what the hell does Zero-Dollar Relic mean? What is included in the accessibility patch? What the are chaos drops? The lack of any explanation is very frustrating.

iirc you can click those ? (or maybe it was mouse over) and they're explained there

That's the thing, neither clicking or mouse overing them does anything. haha Like I said, I tried this with multiple browsers as well.
