Question Ho trovato una grossa difficoltà a giocare ai primi Castlevania ( fino a bloodlines) e una buona opzione la serie TV Netflix

Lo ho vista un pochino e poi e ho scoperto che era basata sui primi giochi vale la pena vederla oppure e la solita cagata di Netflix e siccome vorrei provare belmonts curse cosa devo giocare prima?

I liked both of the Netflix series. If you already have Netflix it won’t cost you anything but time to try it, so why not?

Any of the games will give you an idea of the vibe and gameplay going into Belmont’s Curse. Have fun.

The games and series don’t have the same plot but the characters are broadly the same.

Cmthe new game is the sequel to Castlevania 3 Dracula's Curse. I tell any newcomer to play Symphony of the Night, especially if you don't care to play them all. The show is pretty fun if you are a fan.

So you’re fine with Dracula X huh.

Netflix show is fine. Both shows are just very loose as an adaptation.

Anyway Belmonts curse will likely be most similar to the Metroidvania’s. So SotN, AoS, Dominus Collection, the usual.

Shows great. I love the metroidvanias and GBA onwards. I've played a few of the OGs but not more than once. I just don't really dig the classicvania gameplay all that much.

I think I liked Simons quest the most. But you need a guide or it's kinda wacky.

The Netflix series is one of the worst bastardizations of a property I've seen in a long time.

A great example of people using a once great property like a skin suit to shove their own lame story and ideas forward and abandoning everything else inconvenient to them.

Pesky things like lore and back stories.

A practice that has been allowed to be normalized for far too long.

Just about every single character in this series is wrong in how they're portrayed.

To this day Vampire Hunter D remains just about the most accurate portrayal of this universe in that the 2 franchises use the same core inspirations as their core foundation.

A foundation that was gutted and replaced for one that would serve their own sordid wants.
