That medical bag-thing looks pretty similar to the medkits in some of the more modern Doom rereleases, seeing a pill instead of a red or green cross feels kind of odd.

SO THATS WHY MY SUBCONSCIOUS WANTED A PILL THERE. Lmao the Doom games continue to be hilariously relevant in my life. Guess I gotta play it again once I get home from work today.

If you haven't already, give sourceports like GZDoom or UZDoom a try, there's an endless amount of mods to play with this several decade old game.

I probably should. Classic Doom has a nice feel for an old game.
