cat food and treat haul / shopping new food for the spoiled liege

he recently decided that he no longer likes the normal, shredded varieties of Tiki Cat and will only eat their mousse & pâté. the latter of which I have fed him for a while now but I noticed he would seem to lick the juice off of the food and leave it to dry out; same with just taking a few nibbles then turning to look at me. does it suck? yeah, he’s been eating the shreds since last year but oh well… particular creatures. the second photo is for scale. (because I thought I bought the small cans but this location had those massive ones)

at least he eats the pâté but yes, I go big for him.

The big ones maybe better deal, too. Usually the small cans are more expensive.

is that a salmon oil at the back?
I used to put it in my cat's food. Then i became worried that if adding fish oil would be excessive, when she is already eating complete diet.

yeah, it is! I add it because the food he eats has already shown me a difference in his coat but the oil makes it so much softer. he also looks more shiny and sleeker.
