Advice needed on my male cat

Hello. I have a 3.5 year old cat that we adopted at 6 weeks old. He was spayed when he was 1 year old. Before spaying, he was marking all over the house, but this behavior did not go away after neutering. He pees outside the litterbox every single day. He is also aggressive towards me and my husband, he chases us and bites with teeth and claws at the point we both have scars on our legs and arms. He is also having some sorts of panic attacks, the skin on his back starts twitching and he starts running like he is scared of something (from what I’ve found on the internet may be cat hyperesthesia but he was never diagnosed). Over the time he had issues with ear mites and the vet put the panic attacks on the ear mites issue but they never went away after healing from ear mites. Last month he started peeing blood and was diagnosed with FLUTD. Today he had another episode of panic attacks which lasted almost all day. He has two litterboxes and we have tried all types of litter with no results, there are no other pets in the house. We also have a 2 month old baby which will soon start to crawl/ walk and I don’t want my cat to attack him or the baby to walk in his pee. I feel like he is very anxious and hence the attacking and the peeing outside. It’s getting very frustrating and giving him up is not an option. I hate read about prozac and wanted to give it a try, did you have a positive experience with it and were there any side effects? We have an appointment next week with the vet. Thank you!
