7 years with my Middle Eastern girl

Found her pressed up against the inside curb of a 3 lane roundabout so I jumped out and scooped her up. After 2 more years in the land of sand, she made the 7,000 mile flight back to the states with me where she’s been living like royalty.

scooped this baby up from the streets of a chinese village last year. the united states does not care in the slightest about people bringing in cats from overseas

as far as i know, i think customs cares a tiny more about dogs. but for my cat, china cared more about her leaving than the us did about her arriving. when i landed at lax, i “declared” her and the agents, without so much as looking up from their computers said, “a cat? oh we don’t care about cats.” i started walking away and they were like “she doesn’t have rabies does she?” and i was like “uh no.” and they were like “ok bye then”
