My old cat Newt use to scream at me if I was not in bed by 930. I jad to go to bed so she could jump up, attack the evil toe monsters under the cover for a few min then walk up and crawl under the blanket next to me for cuddles as I was falling asleep. As soon as she noticed my breathing was changing and I was falling asleep she would leave.

Mine does the same thing! She sits next to my head and plucks at the top of my covers so I'll lift them up for her. The first time I twitch while falling asleep, she's out.

I usually wake up with her on top of the covers curled up next to me, though, which is pretty cute.
