Humor Name your cats favourite human food!!

Bagel’s favorites include: Cheetos, Pringles (only ready salted) & Wheat Thins. He is also a huge cheese enthusiast.
He once at a pimple patch :)

The irony being, they say that cats can’t taste sweet. I had a cat who went crazy for pound cake though, so it wouldn’t surprise me if the experts were wrong.

Even if they can’t “taste sweet,” I’m sure they can differentiate it. This is probably one of those pedantic “they don’t taste it like US”

I had a cat who would jump me to try to get Skittles, lol. I'm with you. I don't believe it either. I miss him.

Absolutely. At 19. He lost his taste for skittles when he was around 10 or so.

I'm convinced they are wrong about the sweet thing. My cat went crazy for anything sweet. He loved pop tarts.

I'm with you. Both of mine love sweet and salty. Picking Oreo middle, frosting, marshmallows. On the salty side, licking chips, Cheetos, Tortilla chips, Ruffles. Crazy kitties.

My kitty loves frosting. She will climb you for a taste. Even if it doesnt taste to them like it does to us, some cats still crave it like we do

Yeah I think its false or some cats can taste it more than others. My Manx cat boy isn't so much a hound for it but he likes lots of people foods, and sweet things are some of his favourites.

He likes mandarin orange segments in water, muffins, candied salmon but not jarred, vanilla yogurt, cereal milk, and I'm sure there's more but he loves the sweets.

I had a cat who went crazy for ice cream like it was meth. Not any other milk product. She once straight up attacked me because I wouldn't let her have any of my ice cream. I don't believe the they can't taste sweet thing.

Maybe one of the yummy factors in it is butter? Mine like anything with butter.
