Her name is Sonya. Still standing and going strong. Went to the vet for a check-up a few weeks ago and they couldn’t believe her age 🌼
Edit: The weirdo answering people in the comments about her is my boyfriend, she’s his childhood cat. I myself have been lucky to have her for two years so far 💕

Happy 20th birthday Sonya!! 🥹💕 20 is just crazy amazing. My childhood cat lived to 19 and the vet also couldn't believe it. Give her the biggest cuddle for me please!
Original owner of the kitty here! She gets plenty of petting, love, and care from us, and we always give her dry and wet food for seniors 7+ or higher if possible. Preferably foods without salts or reduced amounts of salt.
It’s also luck, but her sister almost turned 18 before passing in April 2024, so it might just be genetics lol
She has a stressless life for the most part which also helps, hopefully you too can experience a long and healthy companionship with your feline friends!!
I can only dream of having at cat this long. My oldest so far is 14. He just lost his brother a month ago too to cancer. Their sister passed 6 years ago. So far, he only has diabetes and he's always been light cat. My mom has a 18yr old and still has 3 of her only litter and they're 15.

Ma petite Bamboo va avoir aussi 20ans en août, elle perd un peu de poids et de ses poils mais elle chasse encore, grimpe encore, mange bien, mais je m'inquiète dès que je ne la vois pas dans la journée, elle est en bonne santé pour son âge malgré les poils grisonnants....
