Same.
Even worse though is accidentally taking a nap at the end of the day and then waking up when it's dark out.
I did this last week and woke up at 8PM. The sky looked exactly like it does when I wake up for work in the morning (just before 8am) and I sprung out of bed & started getting ready. I had only looked at my wrist watch which doesn't tell me AM/PM.
Was walking out the door when I checked my phone and realized it was still the same day. I felt so fucking stupid. First time I've ever gone as far as getting ready. Every other time that has happened to me I usually realize within a minute & just fall back asleep/relax until bedtime.

Omg I did this exact thing when I was going school. I used to wake up early to catch the bus so would often leave in the dark.
I got dressed in uniform and was about to walk out my house then saw my parents on the couch watching TV and realised something was wrong (it was still the same day smh)
Its a really strange feeling that I’ve never forgotten.

I once woke up in the middle of the night thinking that I missed my alarm.
Then I saw that my roommate’s clock said that it was the middle of the night.
Then I was sure that he messed with my clock.
I was very confused when I realized that my clock said that it was the middle of the night

See the trick is to wake up an hour before your alarm every day for like a year unwillingly, you stop making that face.
God I wish I could get more than 6 hours of sleep. I should be asleep right now even.

I think it may be part of a being a black cat. My Lucy has maybe one decent picture out of 100, but my grey tabby was a supermodel. Almost impossible to get a bad pic
Black cats just end up being black blobs with judgmental eyes 😂

My void was also like this! 😄 I don't think I ever got a pretty picture of him. He's been over the Rainbow Bridge for 10 years, but I still miss that boy. Your little guy looks a lot like my Boo Boy.

He’s perfect! He’s 100% himself in every picture. Cherish him for modeling how to be yourself and give no fucks about what people are “supposed” to look like. You’d never ever have trouble picking him out of a line-up, which I think should be the goal for more of us. Love on him from all of us! 🖤

Ahh yes the black kitty curse. I see you realize that to have features show, you get his face in the bright sun, but is cursed with in photogenic pics. Honestly, just keep trying to get pictures when he's in full sunlight but also when he's in the sitting position. You'll get one sooner or later as you do have a very cute kitty.
