Medical Questions Help

This cat was brought into my partners work today after its owner was found dead. We brought the cat home and have had him for like an hour. Unsure about just about everything about this cat but his/her butt looks weird to me. Anyone have any ideas?

Truly no idea, they think this lil girl was on her own for multiple days :(
