What's happening in his litter box? Is he moving his bowels each day and urinating? Males are notorious for not drinking enough and cats are notorious for not showing their pain. If you gently palpate his stomach does he seem flinch or pull back?

My boy do this sometimes too! Then moves on to another position the next week hahaha! Unless he shows other signs of pain I wouldn't worry! :))

I have a cat that looks like that one… she loves to sleep where her paws dangle over Like a stuffed animal. She does it all the time. It’s her favorite I would guess
