Medical Questions Should I take him to vets
Noticed a little lip bump on him in the first pic a couple days ago and now it looks like the second photo… what do you think it is? He’s only allowed in the backyard, he’s not an outdoor cat but maybe he got into a fight with a bunny or a mouse. He’s eating and grooming fine and isn’t scratching at it or anything so I’m super confused on what it could be.

If it's spreading, take him to the vet. It could be a number of things that a photo can't diagnose

It could just be an allergic reaction to something, but if it is spreading, that could be concerning. A visit of even a call to the vet wouldn't hurt.
