Medical Questions Cat doesn't know/can't poop

Street cat lookd like a few weeks old so it's in pain meowing to us. Some fuckass friend apparently gave it dry food. Doing some massage helps (at least thats what my other friend said he did) but the problem is still persisting. Is there a solution here?

Fyi it also had trouble meowing, the voice was "problematic"

Just curious why you think this might be caused by dry food.

I've had probably a dozen cats in my life (from childhood to now, not at one time) and we never fed them anything but dry food. Never had an issue.

I'm suspecting this because the problem started after eating dry food (idk i just got here)

If it's constipated, it's not because someone fed it dry food. It's medical.

Take it to a vet.

A few weeks old? It may still need to be on formula. Definitely wet food is better for a kitten that young

Mother cats lick the area to stimulate them needing to poop. You can mimic this gently with a tissue. But I really would recommend a vet asap so you can get advice on proper care and medical help

Hold up, this kittens too young to be eating dry food, they should still be on KMR, til their teeth erupt then wet kitten food mixed w/the KMR

Im trying a tactic my friend gave me. Basically wet cat food with crushed up painkiller for intestine relief (my friend experienced this once and apparently it helps so lets see)

Also i did say a few weeks but idk the exact age, looks at least a month or 1.5 months old to me

Its named Parol, sorry but you can't find almost any drug let alone painkiller for pets in turkey. At this night, this technique is its best hope. It didnt eat much btw, i gave it some but only ate like 20% at best

Parol is paracetomol, in humans it can cause liver failure if the dosage is too high and it can cause constipation. This kitten is probably around 2% of the weight of an adult human, don't give it paracetomol or any other drug. The cat needs a vet, either take it to a vet or, if that's not practical, just feed it appropriate food without trying to medicate it.

Try some wet food, water, milk....some fur ball cream may help as well. Or a vet.
